  Terrible customer service !!! I tried to book a room at this place for ages and when I finally managed to speak to someone there and to make a reservation, the hotel cancelled my reservation without telling me. They did not offer any alternative solution and did not apologize. Don't book a room there, they will simply give it to someone else. Horrible servicio al cliente !!! Intenté reservar una habitación en este lugar durante dias y cuando finalmente me las arreglé para hablar con alguien allí y hacer una reserva, el hotel cancelaron mi reserva sin decírmelo. Ellos no ofreció ninguna alternativa y no se disculpó. No reserve una habitación allí, porque simplemente le dan a otra persona.
